Robert A. McCabe, President
After completing his studies in Business Administration,
Mr. McCabe joined the ElectroProtective Corporation of America
in a sales capacity. From 1971 to 1982, Mr. McCabe held numerous
positions with EPC including Branch Manager, National Sales
Manager and finally, General Manager. From 1982 through 1992,
Mr. McCabe was employed by Custom Video Systems, a small CCTV
provider. In 1983, he started the Integrated Systems Group
for Custom Video Systems and under his leadership, the company
became a leading integrator in the New York metropolitan area.
That portion of the business became so substantial that in
1989, they changed their name to CVS Security Systems to better
reflect the true nature of their business. Mr. McCabe brings
to the CSS team an extensive background in the design and
management of large scale electronic security projects.
Some of his past projects include twelve locations for The
Bank of New York, seven locations for UBS/Paine Webber, Mellon
Independence Center, Credit Lyonnais, Hoechst Celanese and
Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of New Jersey. Mr. McCabe is currently
a member of the American Society of Industrial Security, The
National Association of Chiefs of Police, The Security Industry
Association Committee on Architectural Standards and The International
Association of Narcotics Enforcement Officers. |

Michael
Manna, Vice President - Engineering
Mr. Manna Received his Bachelor of Science degree from the
New Jersey Institute of Technology. In 1981, he joined Pyrotronics
as an applications engineer. In this role, he was responsible
for technical support and product development. The following
year, Mr. Manna was placed in charge of Pyrotronics product
line of security systems called Sentracon.
In this position, he controlled new sales, product development,
system support and manufacturing. In 1983, Mr. Manna joined
PVL Enterprises as Engineering Manager. Here he was responsible
for all engineering on design/build projects including Merrill
Lynch in Somerset, NJ; AT&T at ten locations including
the world headquarters; Bell Research and Pennsylvania Power
& Light. From 1986 through 1992, Mr. Manna was with Custom
Video Systems as Engineering Manager.
With his proven track record, he helped elevate Custom Video
from a small CCTV firm to one of the most successful security
system integrators in the New York/New Jersey region. While
at CVS, his projects included Midlantic National Bank, Newport
Office Tower, and Citibank. Mr. Manna is currently a member
of the American Society of Industrial Security, The National
Association of Chiefs of Police and The National Fire Protection
Association.

| Pat
Gagliardi, Vice President - Operations
Mr. Gagliardi received his Bachelor of Science degree in
Electrical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.
Following graduation, he joined Consolidated Edison as an
engineering technician. At Con Ed, he supported the design
team for electrical system layouts. He used his CAD skills
to maintain a database for Con Ed's electrical mapping system.
In 1995, Mr. Gagliardi joined Electronic Systems Associates,
a division of Syska & Hennessy, as a Security Consultant/Engineer
and then Engineering Manager. As such, he was responsible
for all projects designs including systems for The Equitable,
The National Football League Headquarters, The Pentagon, The
DanaFarber Institute and the UN International School. In 1997,
Mr. Gagliardi received a diploma in Construction Management
from New York University.
Since that time, he has engineered and managed some of CSS'
largest projects including UBS/Paine Webber, Bear Stearns
and Morgan Stanley. |

William
J. McKool, CPP, Vice President - Business Development/Consulting
Following the completion of his Masters Degree in Criminology
in 1979, Mr. McKool was employed by Mellon Bank as Security
Manager for their headquarters. There, he rose to the position
of Assistant Vice President of Corporate Security. While at
Mellon, he received the premier achievement award and served
as chairman of the Pittsburgh Chapter of the American Society
of Industrial Security.
In 1988, Mr. McKool joined Schiff & Associates which
was acquired by Kroll in 1999. Originally hired as a senior
consultant, he ended his tenure as Vice President and Manager
of the New York area office of the Security Services Group.
While at Kroll (Schiff), Mr. McKool consulted on over 250
projects with systems valued at a combined $100 million.
Major clients included: IBM, Bear Stearns, Goldman Sachs,
Avon and Master Card, among others. Mr. McKool is recognized
as a Certified Protection Professional and is considered an
expert in his field. In addition to publishing a number of
articles, he has been featured in Interiors and GRID magazines.
He has provided expert commentary to ABC News, Good Morning
America, and The Discovery Channel.
