Michael Semonella, Vice President - Field Operations

Mr. Semonella brings 24 years of security system experience to CSS. Starting as an Installer/Technician with the Visiak Corporation in 1985, Mr. Semonella received extensive training in access control, CCTV and alarm systems. In 1992, he began his own company that specialized in banking security.

Four years later, he sold the company and joined ISSCO as Project Manager. In 1998 Mr. Semonella moved to the Security Technologies Group as Project manager and Service Supervisor. Finally, he came to CSS in 2000. Starting as a project manager on high profile projects such as the Bear Stearns Headquarters, Morgan Stanley at 745 7th Avenue, KPMG at 345 Park Avenue And UBS Tower, Mr. Semonella is now responsible for overseeing the operations for New York City.

Tom, Elberson, Operations Manager - Pennsylvania

Mr. Elberson, who brings 24 years of security experience, is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the CSS Pennsylvania office. Prior to coming to CSS, Mr. Elberson spent several years with Johnson Controls as first a Project Manager then progressing to Regional Program Manager and finally Security Team Leader. While at Johnson Controls, he developed new project implementation plans that encompassed the engineering; materials procurement and smooth completion of some of Johnson Controls’ largest security projects including all the FAA work in the Northeast.

Prior to Johnson Controls, Mr. Elberson was involved in every aspect of security integration. Starting as a technician in 1984, he founded All Systems Services in 1989. The company was eventually consolidated with another firm, Eastech Protective Services in 1995. At Eastech, Mr. Elberson took over the development, planning and project implementation function allowing Eastech to now manage projects in the half million-dollar range.

Mr. Elberson is certified in electronics and holds a security clearance for both the FAA and the DOT.
